Orders that have been placed from April 1 to April 16 will be shipped on May 4.

Orders that have been placed from April 17 to April 30, will be shipped on May 5 and 6.

From the week of May 11, shipments will be made only one day a week. All orders will be shipped on Wednesdays of each week. At Tenebra's Coven you will have at your disposal two types of shipping to choose from (shipments to Spain):

• Ordinary Shipping . It takes 2 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday, not holidays) to arrive (since it is shipped). Its price is € 0.99 on a purchase of up to € 20. For purchases over € 20, it will automatically be sent as Registered Shipping. However, this shipment does NOT carry a tracking code, so if it is lost, Tenebra's Coven is not responsible and we will not be able to refund your money. As there is no tracking number, we cannot guarantee that you did not receive the package, therefore, to avoid scams, the money will NOT be returned in case of loss.

• Registered shipping . It takes 1 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) to arrive (since it is shipped). Its price is € 3.99 for orders less than € 7.99 and will be sent in an envelope. For orders between € 8 and € 15.99, it will be priced at € 4.50 and will be shipped in an envelope. For orders over € 15.99, its price will be € 5.99 and it will be shipped in a Box with some magical surprises. It has a tracking code and anti-loss insurance. Tenebra's Coven recommends that this type of shipping be chosen. FREE on orders over € 50. If you choose this type of shipping and you live in the CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA or MELILLA, you must indicate the recipient's ID in the order notes. It is a data that Correos requires us through customs.

For international shipments:

• Normal registered shipping. € 7.50. Your order will be sent with a tracking code and an envelope. The duration of the shipment depends on the destination country (15 days - 50 days)

NOTE: If your order is returned to the sender (Tenebra's Coven), the money will be returned immediately. However, the amount of the shipment will be discounted and between € 1 and € 2.50 (depending on the sales volume) due to PayPal's commissions and the cost of logistics material. Please be sure to write the recipient's address well.
If the problem is due to Tenebra's Coven misspelling the address, the full amount will be refunded.

An image of the returned envelope will be attached to it so that you can check for yourself the address indicated on the envelope / box.

My order with Ordinary Shipping has not arrived,

what I do?

If you chose Ordinary Shipping for your purchase and, after 9 working days have not received it, you should go to your Post Office and ask if the package is waiting to be picked up. It must indicate the name of the Recipient, the date on which it was sent and must add that it is a small yellow envelope. If you are not at the Post Office, you should consider that the package may have been lost or stolen from your mailbox. As indicated above and when you make the purchase: Tenebra's Coven is not responsible if your package with Ordinary Shipping is lost or stolen.

In most cases, the package is usually returned to the sender (Tenebra's Coven) after two months. As soon as the return package is received, Tenebra's Coven will refund your purchase (with the exception of shipping) attaching an image of the returned package so that you can check the address indicated and the notes that the Postal service writes on the packages , just in case you want to make a claim in the Post Office.
